In 2017, Karima and her husband Julian became owners of the practice, sharing a vision to provide exceptional care for all patients.
With over 27 years of experience in the dental profession, Karima is a qualified Dental Nurse and Oral Health Educator. She also holds qualifications in Dental Radiography, alongside a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management.
As Practice Manager at Elmet Dental Care, Karima ensures the smooth day-to-day running of the practice. She is passionate about delivering outstanding patient care, introducing new ideas, and supporting the development of a fabulous team.
Outside of work, Karima loves to travel and enjoys spending quality time with family and friends.
